DESCRIPTION:
Modified Corn Starch is double chemically modified wax corn starch. It is resistant to high temperature, heavy processing (such as homogenization) and low PH. Furthermore,the product has good emulsifiction stability, creamy and smooth mouth feel. It will not syneresis during low temperature storage. It can be widely used in food industry. It can be used in sauces (such as oyster sauce), Ketchup, dairy product (such as yogurt), pie filling, gravis, soups and so on.
